style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nota Fiscal de Consumidor Eletr\u00f4nica \u2014 NFC-e<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, modelo 65;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conhecimento de Transporte Eletr\u00f4nico \u2014 CT-e, modelo 57;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a 400;\">Al\u00e9m de saber o que \u00e9 Nota Fiscal F\u00e1cil, \u00e9 bem importante que voc\u00ea entenda como esse regime funciona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Nota Fiscal F\u00e1cil <\/span><b>funciona por meio de um aplicativo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, disponibilizado aos contribuintes do ICMS, que permite a gera\u00e7\u00e3o da solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de emiss\u00e3o dos documentos fiscais eletr\u00f4nicos que acabamos de citar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chamado \u201cAplicativo Emissor de Documentos Fiscais Eletr\u00f4nicos\u201d, APP NFF, a solu\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para sistema Android e iOS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na pr\u00e1tica, o APP NFF coleta as informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para gerar os DEFs e deixa a gera\u00e7\u00e3o dos arquivos XML correspondentes sob responsabilidade do <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dfe-portal.svrs.rs.gov.br\/Nff\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Portal Nacional da NFF<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que \u00e9 o sistema centralizado respons\u00e1vel pelo regime.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o deixe de ler: \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/nfe.io\/blog\/nota-fiscal\/como-conseguir-arquivo-xml-nota-fiscal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como conseguir o arquivo XML de uma nota fiscal de forma pr\u00e1tica e r\u00e1pida<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Quem pode se beneficiar com a Nota Fiscal F\u00e1cil?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agora est\u00e1 mais claro o que \u00e9 Nota Fiscal F\u00e1cil e como funciona esse regime especial de simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o? Perfeito! Mas ser\u00e1 que voc\u00ea pode se beneficiar com essa iniciativa?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tendo como base os documentos fiscais eletr\u00f4nicos que podem ser emitidos, o regime especial de simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser utilizado por:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">produtores prim\u00e1rios;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">contribuintes eventuais;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00e3o contribuintes;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vendedores presenciais ao consumidor final.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transportadores Aut\u00f4nomos Rodovi\u00e1rios de Carga (TAC) habilitados no Registro Nacional de Transportadores Rodovi\u00e1rios de Cargas (RNTRC).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mas ainda que voc\u00ea exer\u00e7a uma dessas atividades, \u00e9 bem importante que saiba que <\/span><b>a ades\u00e3o \u00e0 NFF \u00e9 facultativa a cada estado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Ou seja, voc\u00ea deve verificar tamb\u00e9m se o estado onde est\u00e1 estabelecido aderiu ao regime.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acordo com o descrito na cl\u00e1usula d\u00e9cima primeira da Ajuste SINIEF, por exemplo, <\/span><b>essa iniciativa n\u00e3o se aplica \u00e0s opera\u00e7\u00f5es com origem ou destino ao estado de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/b><\/p>\n<h3>Crit\u00e9rios para ades\u00e3o ao regime especial de simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m disso, a ades\u00e3o ao regime especial da NFF deve seguir um destes tr\u00eas crit\u00e9rios, segundo a cl\u00e1usula primeira, \u00a71 do documento que o estabelece:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I &#8211; por op\u00e7\u00e3o do contribuinte, condicionada \u00e0 aprova\u00e7\u00e3o pelo Fisco da unidade federada onde estiver estabelecido;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">II &#8211; estabelecida pela unidade federada para determinados contribuintes ou grupos de contribuintes; ou<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">III &#8211; vedada, no todo ou em parte, a crit\u00e9rio da unidade federada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 importante destacar tamb\u00e9m que a libera\u00e7\u00e3o do uso do sistema tem um cronograma pr\u00e9-estabelecido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conforme informa o Portal Nacional da NFF em consulta realizada em fevereiro de 2021, obedecer\u00e1 \u00e0s seguintes datas:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>CT-e e MDF-e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> em presta\u00e7\u00f5es de servi\u00e7os de transporte rodovi\u00e1rio de cargas realizadas por TAC: setembro de 2020;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>NF-e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> em sa\u00eddas internas de legumes, frutas e verduras, praticadas por produtor prim\u00e1rio e destinadas a contribuinte do ICMS, ou no fornecimento de insumos para a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de merenda escolar: abril de 2021;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>NFC-e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> em opera\u00e7\u00f5es de venda presencial a consumidor final praticadas por contribuinte do ICMS: junho de 2021.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">H\u00e1 inten\u00e7\u00e3o de inserir outras opera\u00e7\u00f5es futuramente, por\u00e9m, ainda n\u00e3o h\u00e1 data prevista para isso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outro ponto que voc\u00ea precisa saber \u00e9 que, uma vez que optar pela emiss\u00e3o dos documentos fiscais eletr\u00f4nicos via aplicativo da Nota Fiscal F\u00e1cil, \u00e9 preciso:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">realizar o cadastramento junto \u00e0 administra\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria do estado onde estiver estabelecido;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">assumir a responsabilidade sobre os dados informados no aplicativo, assim como as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias, financeiras e comerciais correspondentes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m disso, ap\u00f3s aderir \u00e0 Nota Fiscal F\u00e1cil, <\/span><b>n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 mais poss\u00edvel emitir os DFEs por outros meios.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<h2>Como utilizar o app da Nota Fiscal F\u00e1cil?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uma vez que se descobre o que \u00e9 Nota Fiscal F\u00e1cil e que todos os crit\u00e9rios para a ades\u00e3o podem ser atendidos, o pr\u00f3ximo passo \u00e9 conhecer como utilizar o Aplicativo Emissor de Documentos Fiscais Eletr\u00f4nicos, APP NFF.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Comece baixando o APP NFF<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> diretamente da loja do sistema operacional do seu dispositivo m\u00f3vel (Android ou iOS).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 preciso ter em mente que s\u00f3 \u00e9 poss\u00edvel <\/span><b>associar um CPF a cada dispositivo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Isso acontece porque \u00e9 preciso realizar o processo de autentica\u00e7\u00e3o pela plataforma gov.br.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uma vez feito isso, o dispositivo m\u00f3vel estar\u00e1 vinculado \u00e0quele CPF espec\u00edfico, momento tamb\u00e9m em que \u00e9 gerada uma chave criptogr\u00e1fica, utilizada para assinar as solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de emiss\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mas \u00e9 poss\u00edvel instalar o aplicativo e utiliz\u00e1-lo com um mesmo CPF em v\u00e1rios dispositivos m\u00f3veis diferentes. O que <\/span><b>n\u00e3o se consegue \u00e9 usar simultaneamente dois CPFs diferentes em um mesmo dispositivo.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2>O que mais voc\u00ea precisa saber sobre a Nota Fiscal F\u00e1cil?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saber o que \u00e9 Nota Fiscal F\u00e1cil vai facilitar o seu dia a dia?
