Com o NPI, a ideia \u00e9 melhorar a defici\u00eancia do Siscomex com o uso da tecnologia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apesar de o Sistema Integrado do Com\u00e9rcio Exterior ter sido essencial para as opera\u00e7\u00f5es da \u00e1rea at\u00e9 o momento, com a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do mercado, aumentou o volume e o requinte das importa\u00e7\u00f5es do pa\u00eds. Com isso, surgiu a necessidade de implementar um processo operacional mais moderno, din\u00e2mico e eficiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neste post, voc\u00ea entende o que \u00e9, para que serve e quem pode usar a<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DUIMP. Al\u00e9m disso, conhece outras quest\u00f5es essenciais para o seu neg\u00f3cio, como os procedimentos e a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o de importa\u00e7\u00e3o exigida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Continue a leitura para conhecer o que muda com o novo processo de importa\u00e7\u00e3o!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O que \u00e9 a Declara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00danica de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (DUIMP)?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><b>A Declara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00danica de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (ou DUIMP) \u00e9 um documento eletr\u00f4nico que unifica as informa\u00e7\u00f5es aduaneiras, administrativas, comerciais, financeiras e fiscais para agilizar as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de importa\u00e7\u00e3o. O documento faz parte do <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/siscomex\/pt-br\/arquivos-e-imagens\/2021\/03\/DIRETRIZES-DO-NOVO-PROCESSO-DE-IMPORTACAO.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Novo Processo de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (NPI)<\/b><\/a><b>, programa do Portal \u00danico de Com\u00e9rcio Exterior do Governo Federal.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O objetivo da DUIMP \u00e9 substituir a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conexos.com.br\/declaracao-de-importacao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (DI)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fazcomex.com.br\/siscomex\/declaracao-simplificada-de-importacao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Declara\u00e7\u00e3o Simplificada de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o (DSI)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, documentos que comp\u00f5em o Sistema Integrado do Com\u00e9rcio Exterior (Siscomex), atual plataforma de opera\u00e7\u00f5es do pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ao reunir os dados das opera\u00e7\u00f5es de importa\u00e7\u00e3o em um s\u00f3 registro, os \u00f3rg\u00e3os fiscalizadores controlam melhor as atividades que envolvem as transa\u00e7\u00f5es feitas pelas empresas do setor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vale refor\u00e7ar que a DUIMP est\u00e1 em processo de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o. Assim, os procedimentos seguem pelo site do Siscomex LI\/DI, com previs\u00e3o de desligamento no final de 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por\u00e9m, a partir de outubro de 2024, as atividades ser\u00e3o registradas no Portal \u00danico Siscomex.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para se beneficiar da DUIMP, veja abaixo o cronograma de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da Receita Federal!<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Fase 1 (a partir de outubro de 2024): <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nesta etapa, as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de importa\u00e7\u00f5es mar\u00edtimas para consumo e sob regimes aduaneiros especiais n\u00e3o sujeitas a licenciamento migram para o novo sistema. Ou seja, um m\u00f3dulo do Portal Siscomex que ajuda os profissionais a preencher a declara\u00e7\u00e3o com um banco de dados dos bens importados e dos operadores estrangeiros.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Principais diferen\u00e7as entre DI e DUIMP\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Declara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00danica de Importa\u00e7\u00e3o surgiu para simplificar os processos das opera\u00e7\u00f5es de com\u00e9rcio exterior. Como mencionamos, quando o Portal \u00danico Siscomex estiver em plena atividade, este registro ir\u00e1 substituir duas outras declara\u00e7\u00f5es, a DI e a DSI, na hora de importar uma mercadoria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Portanto, a principal diferen\u00e7a entre DI e DUIMP est\u00e1 na integra\u00e7\u00e3o dos procedimentos de importa\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afinal, com a declara\u00e7\u00e3o unificada, adquirir o licenciamento fica menos burocr\u00e1tico, uma vez que o documento ser\u00e1 usado para outros tipos de importa\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de integrado aos sistemas p\u00fablicos e privados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com a DI, os profissionais precisavam acessar diferente<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s sistemas para inserir os dados da importa\u00e7\u00e3o. Com<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a DUIMP, tudo fi<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ca mais \u00e1gil. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m disso, o registro facilita o acesso de pequenas e m\u00e9dias empresas, assim como reduz a quantidade de documentos durante o processo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conhe\u00e7a os procedimentos de importa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quando o Portal \u00danico Siscomex estiver funcionando, os importadores devem atentar para os novos procedimentos de importa\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O novo processo \u00e9 composto por m\u00f3dulos que facilitam a rotina do setor no Brasil, otimizam o preenchimento de dados, evitam erros de digita\u00e7\u00e3o e aumentam a produtividade das empresas e profissionais. Confira!<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>DUIMP: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9 um documento digital \u00fanico que substitui a DI e a DSI e re\u00fane<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dados aduaneiros, administrativos, comerciais, financeiros, fiscais e log\u00edsticos, que caracterizam a opera\u00e7\u00e3o de importa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cat\u00e1logo de produtos: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">todos os produtos devem ser cadastrados no cat\u00e1logo para evitar problemas com o Fisco. O registro deve ser completo, j\u00e1 que permite a an\u00e1lise antecipada dos materiais importados ligados ao operador estrangeiro.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cadastro de operador estrangeiro e de atributos: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">no processo anterior, os dados do exportador e fabricante no exterior eram adicionados na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do documento. Agora, existe um cadastro exclusivo no cat\u00e1logo para os operadores estrangeiros.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pagamento centralizado do com\u00e9rcio exterior (PCCE): <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">permite conhecer as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es monet\u00e1rias, pagar os impostos, as taxas e os encargos privados ligados ao com\u00e9rcio exterior, de forma centralizada, bem como diminuir o uso de documentos impressos.<\/span><b>Lice<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>n\u00e7as, permiss\u00f5es, certificados e outros documentos (LPCO): <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">permite solicitar licen\u00e7as de importa\u00e7\u00e3o e exporta\u00e7\u00e3o, sendo que a segunda op\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 est\u00e1 em uso desde 2018.
