Mas, em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Nota Fiscal Eletr\u00f4nica, temos principalmente 7 tipos usados pelas empresas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vamos a elas:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>1. NF-e : Nota Fiscal Eletr\u00f4nica de Produtos ou Mercadorias<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apesar do nome gen\u00e9rico, a NF-e registra somente as transa\u00e7\u00f5es de Produtos e Mercadorias. Basicamente, s\u00e3o bens f\u00edsicos e tang\u00edveis comercializados entre as partes. Esta vers\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nica foi criada para substituir os modelos antigos 1 e 1A.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ela est\u00e1 relacionada \u00e0 cobran\u00e7a do Imposto sobre Circula\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadorias e Servi\u00e7os (ICMS) e ao Imposto sobre Produtos Industrializados (IPI).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m disso, essa nota fiscal deve ser emitida junto \u00e0s Secretarias Estaduais da Fazenda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quer um exemplo?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ent\u00e3o, pense em uma loja virtual (e-commerce) de vinhos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De maneira resumida, ela dever\u00e1 emitir a NF-e para o cliente e ainda garantir que junto \u00e0 entrega do produto (as garrafas) esteja um Documento Auxiliar da Nota Fiscal Eletr\u00f4nica (DANFE) para comprovar a transa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>2. NFC-e : Nota Fiscal ao Consumidor Eletr\u00f4nica<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A princ\u00edpio, a NFC-e se parece muito com a NF-e de Produtos e Mercadorias. Este documento eletr\u00f4nico pretende substituir as notas fiscais de venda ao consumidor (modelo 2) e Cupom Fiscal emitido por uma impressora ECF.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por isso, a NFC-e est\u00e1 intimamente ligada ao mundo do varejo e do com\u00e9rcio. \u00c9 o tipo de Nota Fiscal emitido por Supermercados, Farm\u00e1cias, A\u00e7ougues, Restaurantes, Bares e afins.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O grande motivador da NFC-e \u00e9 a digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da emiss\u00e3o do cupom fiscal por meio da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o direta com a SEFAZ para cada venda, de forma que o cliente final pode consultar todas as notas fiscais emitidas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O documento impresso do NFC-e, a DANFE, deve ser impresso para o cliente no momento da venda, como o cupom fiscal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esse papel cont\u00e9m a chave de acesso e o famoso <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pt.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/C%C3%B3digo_QR\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">QR Code<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para que o consumidor final consulte a validade do cupom fiscal.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>3. NFS-e : Nota Fiscal de Servi\u00e7os Eletr\u00f4nica<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A NFS-e, por sua vez, \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria para comprova\u00e7\u00e3o da presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de uma empresa para pessoa f\u00edsica ou outra empresa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ela foi criada para substituir a antiga Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Servi\u00e7o que era exigida pelos munic\u00edpios brasileiros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenha em mente que a emiss\u00e3o da NFS-e deve ser feita junto \u00e0 prefeitura na qual est\u00e1 registrado o CNPJ do prestador de servi\u00e7o (empresa).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Isso vale independentemente de onde est\u00e1 o tomador de servi\u00e7o (cliente\/usu\u00e1rio), ok?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J\u00e1 do ponto de vista tribut\u00e1rio, a NFS-e est\u00e1 ligada, sobretudo, ao Imposto sobre Servi\u00e7os Prestados (ISS), de compet\u00eancia municipal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ali\u00e1s, grande parte das Pequenas e M\u00e9dias Empresas (PME) no Brasil se enquadra na necessidade de emiss\u00e3o de NFS-e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por exemplo: uma startup de tecnologia que vende uma assinatura mensal para o uso do servi\u00e7o como software (SaaS) ou um palestrante que ministra cursos presenciais ou <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.eadplataforma.com\/producao-de-conteudo-ead\/programas-gravar-videoaula\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">v\u00eddeo-aulas<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adicionalmente, a NFS-e \u00e9 relevante para os profissionais aut\u00f4nomos que prestam diferentes tipos de servi\u00e7os, como Advogados, M\u00e9dicos, Nutricionistas, Publicit\u00e1rios, entre outros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Leia tamb\u00e9m<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/nfe.io\/blog\/nota-fiscal\/nfse-nacional\/\" rel=\"noopener\">NFS-e Nacional: o que mudou na nova nota fiscal de servi\u00e7o?<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><b>4. CT-e: Conhecimento de Transporte Eletr\u00f4nico<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como o pr\u00f3prio nome sugere, este tipo de Nota Fiscal Eletr\u00f4nica \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio para <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grupotracker.com.br\/blog\/transporte-de-carga-fracionada\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">transportes de cargas<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, seja rodovi\u00e1rio, a\u00e9reo, ferrovi\u00e1rio ou fluvial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aqui, a CT-e reduz as incongru\u00eancias de bens transportados entre o ponto de origem e destino, aumentando a efici\u00eancia e legalidade de todo o processo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ademais, tem um papel importante de checagem de al\u00edquotas do ICMS em transportes interestaduais. Com a entrada do modelo CT-e vimos a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o dos Modelos 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 e 27 de Nota Fiscal.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>5. M\u00f3dulo Fiscal Eletr\u00f4nico\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foi implementado para compor a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal que define as novas regras de emiss\u00e3o de Cupom Fiscal Eletr\u00f4nico (CF-) no Cear\u00e1, em altera\u00e7\u00e3o ao Emissor de Cupom Fiscal (ECF).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quem j\u00e1 utiliza o SAT no estado de S\u00e3o Paulo pode at\u00e9 confundir o aparelho com o MFE, uma vez que eles s\u00e3o bem parecidos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contudo, o MFE traz algumas particularidades que s\u00e3o estabelecidas pela SEFAZ\/CE. Entre as mais evidentes est\u00e3o:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bateria;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GPS para localiza\u00e7\u00e3o do equipamento;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GPRS para conex\u00e3o de internet por meio de chip 3G\/4G.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Visto que o MFE veio para substituir o ECF, a impressora fiscal tamb\u00e9m deixou de ser prioridade.
